Fixed UNC Paths for Access Suite Console

When modifying or creating a published application and setting the working directory path to a UNC the UNC path can loose a leading \ (backslash).

Solution/Workaround

Update to Access Suite Console which fixes a few things including UNC working directory path not loosing a \ when you edit a published application.

- Download the latest Access Suite Console from MyCitrix (Downloads\Server Components)
