We can't guarantee to solve every problem out there, but we do promise to be honest with you from the start about what can be done and what can't. If you ever have a problem with any of our services and you feel that we have not delivered the promised result, we will do whatever is necessary to fix things. And if we can't sort things out to your total satisfaction, we will refund all or part of our fee without quibble* or delay.
