Our consultants have many years’ experience in creating and maintaining useful and economical computer systems. We use our years of experience to produce practical, workable information systems that do what they’re designed to do.

We are not swayed by marketing hype from the major manufacturers. We don’t rush to recommend the latest must-have gadget simply because it’s the next new thing. We won’t sell you anything you don’t need.

We are there when you need us - and not when you don't

Unlike some consultancies, we won’t drag out the engagement or charge to produce months of reports about how we will do the job sometime in the future. We go in, get the job done (properly!), and then leave until you need us again.

Though we specialise in developing local area networks (LANs), from initial inception to delivery and installation of a final working solution, we also offer much shorter periods of consultancy (1 day minimum) to trouble-shoot and solve specific "one-off" problems that can crop up in even the best managed networks.

We can also help by providing backup when your IT department is stretched - during holidays for example, or during major upgrades or reconfigurations.  We can work on your site or be on the end of the phone whenever you need additional help for an out of the ordinary problem.

We will work with you in the way that suits you best - either on a day-by-day, problem-by-problem basis where you call us in for a specific task, or on a regular support contract basis whereby we are on the end of the phone when you need us and (if required) we will visit you regularly to help solve more complex issues or to help out with regular network maintenance tasks.  Whether you want to see us once a day, once a week or once in a blue moon, we are flexible enough to fit in with what suits you best.

We provide technical consultancy services for most major IT hardware and software, but most notably Microsoft, Novell, Citrix MetaFrame and all TigerRidge supported products.

We guarantee the work we do for you  

We can't promise that you will never again have an IT problem if you choose TigerRidge, but we do promise that you will be satisfied with the service that we provide.  We can't guarantee to solve every problem out there, but we do promise to be honest with you from the start about what can be done and what can't.  If you ever have a problem with any of our services and you feel that we have not delivered the promised result, we will do whatever is necessary to fix things.  And if we can't sort things out to your total satisfaction, we will refund all or part of our fee without quibble* or delay. 

We want to you be happy with our services and to feel you can trust us to deliver what we promise.  We understand that choosing a new IT consultant or developer can be a scary process, but we want to do all that we can to take the risks or worries away from you.

 

* What's the catch?  There isn't one.  No small print or get-out clauses - if you are not happy with any IT consultancy or development work that we do for you, tell us with 14 days and if we can't put things right to your satisfaction, we will refund our fee. 
How can we afford to do this?  We are passionate about our company and are proud to stand fully behind everything we sell and every piece of work that we do.  Yes, we know that this means that an unscrupulous company could rip us off and claim their money back when we have done a good job for them, but we are an honest company with nice, honest customers who we love working with - and who we genuinely want to be happy.  Our relationship with our customers is based on mutual respect and trust, so if a new customer did choose to rip us off, they are almost certainly not the type of customer we would want to work with long-term anyway!
