Our consultants have many years’ experience in creating and maintaining useful and economical computer systems. We use our years of experience to produce practical, workable information systems that do what they’re designed to do.
We provide technical consultancy services for most major IT hardware and software, but most notably Microsoft, Novell, Citrix MetaFrame and all TigerRidge supported products.
We can also help by providing backup when your IT department is stretched - during holidays for example, or during major upgrades or reconfigurations. We can work on your site or be on the end of the phone whenever you need additional help for an out of the ordinary problem.

We can't promise that you will never again have an IT problem if you choose TigerRidge, but we do promise that you will be satisfied with the service that we provide. We can't guarantee to solve every problem out there, but we do promise to be honest with you from the start about what can be done and what can't. If you ever have a problem with any of our services and you feel that we have not delivered the promised result, we will do whatever is necessary to fix things. And if we can't sort things out to your total satisfaction, we will refund all or part of our fee without quibble* or delay.
We want to you be happy with our services and to feel you can trust us to deliver what we promise. We understand that choosing a new IT consultant or developer can be a scary process, but we want to do all that we can to take the risks or worries away from you.
* What's the catch?
There isn't one. No small print or get-out clauses - if you are not happy
with any IT consultancy or development work that we do for you, tell us with 14
days and if we can't put
things right to your satisfaction, we will refund our fee.
How can we afford to do this? We are
passionate about our company and are proud to stand fully behind everything we
sell and every piece of work that we do. Yes, we know that this means that
an unscrupulous company could rip us off and claim their money back when we have
done a good job for them, but we are an honest company with nice, honest
customers who we love working with - and who we genuinely want to be happy.
Our relationship with our customers is based on mutual respect and trust, so if
a new customer did choose to rip us off, they are almost certainly not the type
of customer we would want to work with long-term anyway!
